About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the Cost Override function, managing both Front End and Back End processes for vendor claims.
- Oversee approximately $3B in annual volume, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are tracked and met to support the business effectively.
- Drive the Vendor Discount Program, including onboarding vendors into GDE.
- Apply subject matter expertise to influence internal stakeholders, vendors, and peer managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- 3 years accounting or equivalent experience.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles and vendor-related financial processes.
- Strong reporting and database management capabilities.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to influence customers, suppliers, and peer managers.
