About the role
- Assistant Accountant at PANDORA handling payments and reconciliations in a multinational company. Focused on financial transactions and collaboration with the accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Posting payments from Pandora's stores vs. sales / and payments from wholesale customers vs. orders (invoices)
- Contact Pandora's stores about the difference in cash and card payments vs balance of sales
- Preparation of monthly balance reconciliation reports by payment method (cash, credit card, vouchers) and uploading them to the audit platform
- Cooperation with the accounting team, stores and the local office.
Requirements
- Accounting or financial background
- Very good English and Polish -written and spoken
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Positive energy & can-do attitude
- Experience with accounts receivables from a Shared Service Centre or retail company
- other foreign languages will be an advantage.
