About the role

Responsibilities

- Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unser Team, wenn es um IT-Fragen, remote und vor Ort, geht
- Du arbeitest an Projekten wie Systemmigrationen, Automatisierungen und Security-Upgrades
- Du bringst neue Ideen ein, wie wir unsere IT-Landschaft smarter, schneller und sicherer machen können
Requirements
- Du kennst dich mit Windows, macOS oder beidem aus und bist offen, Neues zu lernen
- Du bist technikaffin, probierst gern Dinge aus und findest Lösungen, wenn mal etwas nicht funktioniert
- Du hast ein Auge für Sicherheit und weißt, dass starke Passwörter & Updates nicht nur nervig, sondern wichtig sind
- Du hast Lust dich einzubringen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und die Schnittstelle zwischen diversen internen und externen Kontakten zu sein
- Du kannst klar kommunizieren, mit Kollegen, die kein Deutsch, kein Technik sprechen oder mit anderen IT-Fans
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse, um dich in Software & Dokus zurechtzufinden.
