Responsibilities
Manages after-sales administrative and logistical activities across multiple sites
Ensures customer satisfaction and retention
Controls the monthly closing of Workshop and Spare Parts Warehouse (MPR) activities
Oversees monthly billing for MPR operations
Leads and coordinates the APV administrative team for opening and closing Repair Orders (OR)
Ensures the accuracy of monthly timekeeping records and their transmission to the relevant departments
Monitors service contract follow-ups
Coordinates commissioning acknowledgements for CLAAS and other suppliers
Updates the customer base based on field feedback
Manages warranty files for CLAAS and other suppliers
Organizes extraction and analysis of data from RemoteService
Requirements
Minimum of a 2-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) ideally in administration, sales, or a technical field
Familiarity with the agricultural sector is a plus
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in team supervision and administrative management
Proficient with Microsoft Office and billing/software invoicing systems
Excellent interpersonal skills, good listening and analytical abilities
Team player with the ability to unite and motivate staff
