Responsibilities
- Provide thoughtful 2nd and 3rd-level IT and AV support across Mac and Windows.
- Partner with Canva, vendors, and internal teams to maintain reliable and user-friendly systems.
- Maintain IT documentation and processes that are clear, accessible, and up-to-date.
- Administer and optimise SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Atlassian, SSO/IAM).
- Strengthen compliance and governance (SOC 2, GDPR), embedding them into daily workflows.
- Drive automation, licensing efficiency, and process improvements that make IT seamless as we scale.
Requirements
- Experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Mac and Windows device management (Intune, Jamf, or similar).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Atlassian administration.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, SSO, and IAM/IdP systems.
- Awareness of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR).
- Collaborative problem-solving style with clear and empathetic communication.
