Responsibilities
- Ensure the proper operation and security of IT systems and networks
- Provide high-quality technical support to users
- Support users with hardware issues, operating systems, office software, and network problems
- Handle recovery requests reported by our clients
- Manage support incidents and requests escalated by the hotline
- Perform equipment maintenance via remote management and on-site interventions
- Create and update IT documentation and ensure distribution of intervention reports
- Improve and automate administration processes; document procedures
- Participate in identifying needs and provide technical advice to clients
Requirements
- Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNP, MCSE)
- At least 5 years of experience in advanced systems and network administration roles
- Excellent project management, communication, and complex problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of systems and network architectures
- Expertise in designing and implementing advanced security solutions
- Strong experience in scripting and automation
