About the role
- IT Support & ERP Systems Specialist responsible for supporting corporate infrastructure and ERP systems. Delivering technical troubleshooting and end-user training within the internal IT team.
Responsibilities
- Provide setup, configuration, and support for IT equipment (VMs, NAS, laptops, etc.) for in-house and remote users.
- Troubleshoot issues related to the company’s ERP system and assist internal users.
- Deliver end-user support and training in ERP modules across sales and operational teams.
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the stability of computer systems and networks.
- Resolve hardware, software, and networking issues across the organization.
- Support the configuration and administration of IT systems, including Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365.
- Design and enforce policies and procedures related to IT operations and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Information Systems, IT, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in corporate IT support or system administration roles.
- Deep knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Good communication and user support capabilities.
- No mandatory certifications, but relevant Microsoft or system administration certifications will be considered a plus.
