Requirements
Vocational training as an IT specialist in application development (Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung) or equivalent qualifications
Experience with IT service management tools and frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
Proactive identification of issues and optimization opportunities
Solution-oriented, structured, and sustainable problem solving
Organized, time-efficient, able to set clear priorities
Very good command of German and English
Interest in AI and technologies
Curiosity and willingness to actively integrate AI tools into daily work
