Requirements
- Vocational training as an IT specialist in application development (Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung) or equivalent qualifications
- Experience with IT service management tools and frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Proactive identification of issues and optimization opportunities
- Solution-oriented, structured, and sustainable problem solving
- Organized, time-efficient, able to set clear priorities
- Very good command of German and English
- Interest in AI and technologies
- Curiosity and willingness to actively integrate AI tools into daily work
