Responsibilities
You are the primary point of contact for your customers — you know their IT services, keep operations running, and ensure that questions don’t go unanswered.
You coordinate between the customer and technical teams, identify what is needed, and make sure all stakeholders share the same objective.
You strengthen the relationship with the customer, communicate openly and professionally, and have a sense for good collaboration — even when things get stressful.
You handle requirements, proposals, and billing, maintain an overview, and ensure clarity — even in the fine print.
Requirements
You have vocational training or a degree in an IT-related field — or you are a career changer with a genuine passion for technology (we love interesting career paths).
You have several years of experience working with clients — and know how to remain courteous even when dealing with difficult issues.
You have initial professional experience in IT and are curious about new technologies — stagnation is not your thing.
You have initial experience in directing and coordinating teams — and stay calm even when faced with resistance.
You handle requirements, proposals, and billing, maintain an overview, and ensure clarity — even in the fine print.
Very good German skills and good English skills complete your profile — you can therefore perform confidently in both languages.
