About the role

  • IT Service Delivery Manager supporting clients with IT services and ensuring operational continuity. Collaborating with clients and technical teams to address requirements and maintain service quality.

Responsibilities

  • You are the primary point of contact for your customers — you know their IT services, keep operations running, and ensure that questions don’t go unanswered.
  • You coordinate between the customer and technical teams, identify what is needed, and make sure all stakeholders share the same objective.
  • You strengthen the relationship with the customer, communicate openly and professionally, and have a sense for good collaboration — even when things get stressful.
  • You handle requirements, proposals, and billing, maintain an overview, and ensure clarity — even in the fine print.

Requirements

  • You have vocational training or a degree in an IT-related field — or you are a career changer with a genuine passion for technology (we love interesting career paths).
  • You have several years of experience working with clients — and know how to remain courteous even when dealing with difficult issues.
  • You have initial professional experience in IT and are curious about new technologies — stagnation is not your thing.
  • You have initial experience in directing and coordinating teams — and stay calm even when faced with resistance.
  • You handle requirements, proposals, and billing, maintain an overview, and ensure clarity — even in the fine print.
  • Very good German skills and good English skills complete your profile — you can therefore perform confidently in both languages.
