- Strong interest in IT and broad IT know-how
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, Scrum, or IPMA®. Certification is an advantage
- Knowledge of service management frameworks such as ITIL® or COBIT® is desirable
- MUST HAVE: Industry experience in Defense (e.g., BAAINBw, Bundeswehr, BMVg, or similar)
- Excellent German skills (min. C1)
- Excellent English skills
- Excellent presentation skills, confident demeanour, and strong communication skills
