About the role

  • Lead and manage the team of workspace automation, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain the Workspace Automation roadmap.
  • Identify opportunities for automation across the organization, analyzing workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Design, implement, and oversee automation solutions, ensuring they align with company objectives and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and other departments to integrate automation tools and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all automation processes and workflows.
  • Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of automation initiatives, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technologies.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on automation tools and best practices.
  • Ensure service desk SLA’s are met.
  • Actively contribute to increasing the company's resilience against modern security threats.
  • Manage IT assets procurement, and maintain the IT inventory up to date.
  • Communicate efficiently to the end user the upcoming deployment, migration, new features, and changes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automation technologies, project management, and team leadership, at least for 3 years.
  • Experience in supporting remote workers.
  • Familiar with user account provisioning and management.
  • Experience managing Mac, Windows, and Linux end-user workstations.
  • Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching.
  • Knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure.
  • Experience with firewalls, VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired.
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies.
  • Ability to assign work, coordinate the and to follow up diligently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams across the organization.
  • English speaking proficiency.
