About the role
- IT Analyst providing technical support and infrastructure maintenance for Moneycorp's operations globally. Handling user requests, device management, and ensuring IT efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Respond to user requests received by the Help Desk;
- Provide support for cabling activities and maintenance of networks and carrier links, installation, maintenance and support for application software, hardware repair and assembly, user account setup and internet-related issues;
- Install, configure and maintain printers, scanners, servers, webcams, routers and peripherals in general, as well as operating systems (Windows), Microsoft Office, antivirus and other software;
- Monitor the operation of the fixed-line telephone system (internal extensions);
- Purchase equipment and installation services for the infrastructure supporting the company’s marketed systems: conduct market research, request price quotes and maintain supplier lists;
- Prepare inventory of equipment, managing purchase invoices, maintenance contracts and warranty periods;
- Grant network folder access based on each user’s profile;
- Perform grants, updates, locks and deletions of user access based on requests received by the Help Desk;
- Perform backups of existing systems, managing archiving to safeguard the company’s data and information;
- Periodically change passwords for access to the internal system;
- Provide support for mobile lines and smartphones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Processing Technology, Computer Networks or related fields
- Windows Server with Active Directory
- Basic Linux
- PC assembly
- Printer maintenance and structured Ethernet cabling
- Wi‑Fi network configuration on routers
- Basic understanding of process mapping
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
- English: Intermediate level preferred
