About the role

  • Sales of our products and services in both inside and field sales for the Leipzig area
  • Generate new customer business through proactive prospecting
  • Consultative sales advising customers on our solutions portfolio in IT infrastructure, cloud and business software
  • Preparation of proposals and project support
  • Ongoing customer care and account management

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, ideally in the IT field, or a degree—preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related discipline
  • Experience in IT sales; ideally you have professional/project experience in consultative fields (data center infrastructure, virtualization, storage, security, etc.)
  • Basic know-how in infrastructure (server & client, networking, virtualization, Microsoft) and/or cloud solutions
  • Strong conceptual skills, willingness to learn and high motivation
  • Confident demeanor and strong customer orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Excellent German (spoken and written) and good English skills
