About the role
- Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Intune policies for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- Manage and deploy enterprise applications, patches, and updates through Intune.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device enrollment, compliance, and app deployment.
- Automate routine Intune tasks using PowerShell and Graph API.
- Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure Team to support endpoint management and security posture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of device enrollment and lifecycle management (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android).
- Strong knowledge of compliance and configuration policies (security baselines, device health, OS version requirements).
- Strong knowledge of application deployment (Win32, MSIX, LOB, VPP, Managed Google Play).
- Strong knowledge of Endpoint Security policies (BitLocker, FileVault, firewall, antivirus, ASR rules).
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integration (conditional access, dynamic groups).
- Good understanding of Defender for Endpoint integration with Intune for security posture.
- Development/scripting experience using PowerShell (primary), Graph API / Intune PowerShell SDK; Bash or Python nice to have.
- Knowledge of Mobile Application Management (MAM), app protection policies, and BYOD scenarios.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across Windows, macOS, Linux.
- Intermediate written and spoken English is required.
- Microsoft certifications: MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator Associate) (nice-to-have).
