Responsibilities

• Contribute to end-to-end IT project delivery – from planning to execution.
• Collaborate and influence internal teams and external partners.
• Deliver project within a project management framework using best practices.
• Coordinate with service delivery and support teams for smooth transition into BAU operations.
• Provide hands-on implementation and technical leadership across multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and communication.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation, change logs, and project records are accurate and up to date.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges efficiently, maintaining client confidence.
• Uphold MSP standards of quality, security, and customer experience across all project engagements.
• Proactively upskilling to stay current with emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience delivering complex IT projects.
• Strong technical background in IT systems, software, and infrastructure.
• Implementation and deployment of **Microsoft 365 ecosystem** including **Intune, SharePoint, Exchange, and Purview**.
• Manage **email and tenant migrations** across **M365, Google Workspace, Exchange On-Prem, and Azure environments**.
• Configure and deploy **Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Teams Calling**.
• Build and deploy **Windows Defender Application Control, Identity Governance, and Global Secure Access** solutions.
• Deliver **Azure and on-premises infrastructure builds;** including **server, storage, networking, and Active Directory** configurations.
• Support **Identity Governance**, **PKI**, and **certificate management** functions.
• Configure and deploy **backup and recovery solutions.**
• Must have Microsoft certifications.
