About the role

  • Lead the strategy and execution of internal communications and internal marketing (endomarketing)
  • Build and maintain the editorial plan and communications calendar
  • Manage internal channels (email, intranet, Microsoft Teams, internal events, etc.)
  • Produce and review content with the highest standards of clarity, accuracy, and institutional tone
  • Develop initiatives related to culture, belonging, and employee experience
  • Work closely with HR / People & Culture to strengthen company values and internal narrative
  • Support strategic programs (diversity, psychological safety, compliance, digital transformation)
  • Measure results, establish internal rituals, and manage engagement metrics
  • Coordinate vendors and guide internal teams and leadership

Requirements

  • Strong experience in internal communications and internal marketing (endomarketing) — minimum 8 years
  • Proven track record in organizational culture and employee engagement
  • Excellent writing, editing, and institutional storytelling skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong practical execution, pace, and autonomy
  • Experience managing internal channels and corporate tools
  • Ability to lead people and partners, with a strong collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with topics such as diversity, inclusion, workplace climate, values, and institutional positioning
