- Lead the strategy and execution of internal communications and internal marketing (endomarketing)
- Build and maintain the editorial plan and communications calendar
- Manage internal channels (email, intranet, Microsoft Teams, internal events, etc.)
- Produce and review content with the highest standards of clarity, accuracy, and institutional tone
- Develop initiatives related to culture, belonging, and employee experience
- Work closely with HR / People & Culture to strengthen company values and internal narrative
- Support strategic programs (diversity, psychological safety, compliance, digital transformation)
- Measure results, establish internal rituals, and manage engagement metrics
- Coordinate vendors and guide internal teams and leadership
Requirements
- Strong experience in internal communications and internal marketing (endomarketing) — minimum 8 years
- Proven track record in organizational culture and employee engagement
- Excellent writing, editing, and institutional storytelling skills
- Strategic mindset with strong practical execution, pace, and autonomy
- Experience managing internal channels and corporate tools
- Ability to lead people and partners, with a strong collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with topics such as diversity, inclusion, workplace climate, values, and institutional positioning
