Requirements
pursuing a degree in Print, Business Administration, Public Relations, Retail, or Sales Management (or a related field)
1–2 years of customer service experience or other relevant work experience
passionate about helping others and thrive in a customer-focused environment
strong communication skills—both verbal and written
possess a can-do attitude and go above and beyond to satisfy customers
detail-oriented and able to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining quality and accuracy
