Responsibilities
Help concept and execute influencer campaigns — from dreamy PR mailers to scroll-stopping collaborations
Get hands-on with influencer send-outs (yes, you’ll be curating those gorgeous glam boxes!)
Keep tabs on what’s trending — spotting new creators, viral moments, and upcoming beauty obsessions
Use tools like Tribe Dynamics and CreatorIQ to track campaign performance and share what’s working
Bring your social savvy — sharing trend insights and must-know moments with the team
Collaborate with our Social, PR, and Events teams to bring big brand moments to life
Requirements
A recent grad studying Marketing, PR, Communications, or something equally creative
Based in Los Angeles or NYC (hybrid schedule — we love a little in-person energy)
Fluent in TikTok, Instagram, and everything trending in the beautyverse
A team player who’s organized, detail-oriented, and bursting with enthusiasm
