About the role
- Negotiate settlements and submit payment requests;
- Prepare legal reports and opinions on settlements and litigation;
- Request waivers of appeal and analyze supporting documentation;
- Draft routine petitions and handle procedural matters;
- Supervise interns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law;
- Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Experience in legal writing preferred;
- Familiarity with insurance law.
