- Counsel for Verizon's Corporate Governance & Reporting team advising on SEC matters and corporate governance practices. Collaborating with executive management and the Board of Directors in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Advise senior management and the Board of Directors on corporate governance, SEC reporting, compliance
- Prepare for meetings of the Verizon Board of Directors and its committees
- Draft Proxy Statement and manage shareholder proposal process
- Prepare and review SEC filings
- Provide advice on subsidiary management and corporate recordkeeping
- Monitor compliance with governance-related requirements

Requirements
- J.D. or LLM degree and 6+ years of experience
