- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization
- Collaborate across teams such as Privacy, Security, Finance, and Procurement on critical initiatives
Requirements
- A law degree and license to practice law in your jurisdiction
- 7+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
- At least 5 years of in-house legal experience, supporting technology transactions
- Strong knowledge of EU and UK data privacy and security regulations
- Demonstrated history of partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Privacy, and Information Security teams
- Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German) are a plus.
