About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning materials—including instructor-led, eLearning, micro-learning, video-based content, simulations, job aids, role plays, and blended approaches—to support diverse learner needs.
  • Facilitate ongoing design plan alignment discussions with the manager and other instructional designers to review project status and priorities.
  • Apply instructional design models (SAM and ADDIE) to create effective, learner-centered content.
  • Develop presentations and design plans for new content, redesigns, and updates, ensuring stakeholder alignment to scope and timelines.
  • Create supporting voiceover audio files using both self-recorded and AI-based audio tools.
  • Develop learning assessments, quizzes, proficiency tests, and knowledge checks to certify learner understanding.
  • Update and manage closed captioning transcripts for video-based learning content to ensure accessibility.
  • Implement required content changes and perform administrative tasks within the LMS.
  • Consult global stakeholders and SMEs to identify training needs and translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable learning experiences.
  • Utilize project management tools to coordinate tasks, track progress, and communicate updates regularly.
  • Manage deployment, communication, and completion tracking of mandatory learning programs.
  • Monitor learning and development trends to ensure adoption of the latest techniques and technologies (e.g., Artificial Intelligence).
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and culturally sensitive learning environment that motivates and inspires learners.
  • Protect, secure, and ensure proper handling of all confidential data and uphold data privacy with integrity.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in instructional design, content development, or a related role.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Instructional Design, Training & Development, or similar field.
  • 1+ years’ experience with proficiency in LMS and Authoring Tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva.
  • Familiarity with content management and online learning platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and presentation abilities.
  • Skilled in building relationships with a diplomatic approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft TEAMS, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to translate technical business requirements into clear learning concepts.
  • Responsive to internal customer needs and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivates and influences SMEs to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness and ability to work in-person at the Krakow office
