Responsibilities
You are the primary contact for Payment-related matters for our customers, our Gewinnblick locations and internal departments such as Accounting, Sales and Marketing.
You advise our customers on payment solutions and professionally support them from the initial inquiry through to contract signing.
You prepare quotes and payment contracts, perform contract reviews and ensure smooth processing.
You support other departments, e.g., Marketing and Sales, with campaigns and sales activities.
You actively contribute to the optimization of our sales approaches and bring forward your ideas.
You are responsible for selling add-on services and ensuring correct entry in our systems (Odoo).
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training, preferably in the financial services sector, and initial professional experience in a comparable role
Strong customer orientation and an open, communicative and reliable personality
Independent and collaborative working style as well as high flexibility
Confident use of common MS Office applications
Experience with the ERP system Odoo advantageous
