Responsibilities
Proporcionar soporte técnico de nivel 1 y 2 para resolver problemas relacionados con la red y la seguridad.
Monitorear y gestionar dispositivos FortiGate y FortiManager, asegurando un funcionamiento óptimo.

Requirements
Título en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Redes o campo relacionado.
Experiencia en soporte técnico en redes, preferiblemente con FortiGate y FortiManager.
Conocimientos en protocolos de red (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) y comandos de diagnóstico.
Certificaciones en seguridad de red (como Fortinet NSE) son altamente valoradas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y manejar múltiples tareas.
Proactivo y orientado a la resolución de problemas.
