Responsibilities
- Administration and support of Windows Server and Linux environments
- Infrastructure management: Servers, Storage, Firewall (Fortinet), Switches (Dell, HP, Cisco), Ubiquiti Access Points
- Virtualized environments: VMware and Hyper-V
- Services such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, GPO
- Work with Azure and AWS Cloud platforms
- Medium-complexity troubleshooting for networks, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi
- Support for network/system projects and incident management with clients and vendors
- Creation of procedure manuals and monitoring of performance indicators
- Infrastructure assessment for new systems
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT Infrastructure
- Experience with Windows Server
- Linux and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Experience with Fortinet Firewall
- Knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
- Familiarity with backup tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Networks, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields
