Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems.
Proven experience managing and maintaining information systems.

Proven ability to optimize and automate workflows and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop innovative solutions.
Ability to understand organizational needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Demonstrated success in end-to-end implementation of information systems — from design through deployment and support.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering projects efficiently.
Technical advantage -Experience with Workday HCM, CRM, ATS, PowerPlatform systems is a significant plus.
