About the role

  • Influencer Director leading influencer strategy and partnerships for a luxury jewellery brand. Overseeing marketing initiatives and team management for North America with global collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead influencer marketing strategy for the US market within a globally aligned framework, defining creative direction, talent strategy, and measurable KPIs.
  • Develop and manage creator partnerships spanning macro, celebrity, and culturally influential mid-tier talent across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Oversee campaign execution from ideation through to content delivery, ensuring every activation reflects the brand’s aesthetic, storytelling values, and performance objectives .
  • Collaborate with international teams (Social, Content, Creative, D PR, Paid, and Strategy) to align influencer output with wider content, performance, and brand initiatives.
  • Mentor and lead the influencer team in the US, guiding creative ideation, campaign operations, and professional growth.
  • Analye and optimize performance, leveraging metrics such as Engagement Rate, EMV, CPM, CTR, and sentiment to refine strategy and reporting.
  • Represent Greenpark and the client brand in creator and industry contexts, acting as an ambassador for best-in-class influencer practice and partnership integrity.
  • Stay ahead of platform and cultural trends, identifying new opportunities, creators, and content formats that drive cultural cut-through and discoverability.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, social strategy, or creator partnerships, ideally within luxury, lifestyle, or fashion categories.
  • Proven record leading large-scale influencer programs in the US market and beyond while collaborating with global or regional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling creator ecosystems, from talent scouting to long-term ambassador programs.
  • Strong grasp of cross-channel storytelling across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
  • Experience integrating paid and organic influencer campaigns, including boosting and performance optimization.
  • Proficient in influencer and social analytics tools such as CreatorIQ , Traackr , Tagger, or GRIN, with a data-informed approach to strategy and reporting.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep cultural fluency and creative instinct, able to connect global brand storytelling to local relevance and emotion.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working across time zones, cultures, and disciplines.
