About the role
- You are the point of contact for our specialist departments on all legal matters with a focus on business law.
- You review, comment on, and explain relevant legal issues.
- You draft and review national contracts with an advisory focus on commercial lease law, contracts for work and services, service law, and general commercial law.
- In addition, you contribute your legal expertise to interdisciplinary project teams.
Requirements
- You are a fully qualified lawyer.
- You have professional experience, ideally as a corporate lawyer/in-house counsel or as an attorney in a company's legal department or in a law firm specializing in business law.
- You have a strong understanding of commercial and economic contexts.
- You are a communicative person and act confidently and competently in negotiations and interactions with stakeholders at various levels of responsibility.
- You have excellent German and English skills.
- You act responsibly and think with a future-oriented mindset — you are open to change and tackle tasks pragmatically and proactively.
- You work collaboratively and solution-oriented — you develop solutions together with others while keeping goals and results in view.
