• IAM Consultant optimizing identity and access management processes within a hybrid work environment at VR Smart Finanz. Involves team collaboration and automation innovations to meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and optimize processes: You work on the further development and automation of IAM processes and implement innovative solutions.
• Technical advancement of the IAM system: Together with your team and external development partners, you elevate our systems to the next level.
• Implement regulatory requirements: You ensure that all processes meet the requirements of BAIT (German supervisory IT requirements for banks) as well as internal corporate policies.
• Embrace challenges: You demonstrate willingness and openness to dive into new topics such as DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) and to manage the associated regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Ideally 3 years' professional experience in process optimization and automation and/or in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Understanding of user access entitlement processes in a banking environment
• Experience presenting and explaining complex processes and structures to internal stakeholders completes your profile
