  • Manage specialized Human Resource service delivery for the HR Service Center
  • Oversee training for team members
  • Provide analytics and metrics for management
  • Audit vendor billing and participant listings
  • Lead projects such as Open Enrollment for supported regions

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources, Health & Welfare Benefits implementation
  • Associate’s Degree and 4-5 years of progressive experience in an HR specialist or support role
  • Experience in vendor management preferred
  • Proficient in HRIS and aware of downstream impacts of transactions
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Kronos preferred
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
