About the role

  • Assist employees in a timely manner with questions about benefits, compensation, immigration, leave, and HR policies
  • Support self-service processes in Workday, offering real-time solutions
  • Work with Payroll and other teams to resolve employee inquiries
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR processes and policies
  • Update Shared Services documentation
  • Support HR functions with projects and administrative tasks
  • Help Talent Acquisition with job postings, interviews, onboarding, and new employee orientation

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in HR including providing customer service and administrative support
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Foundational HR knowledge or Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification
  • Familiarity with Workday
  • Strong focus on data integrity and security
  • Problem-solving and process improvement skills
  • Ability to interpret data and lead corrections
  • Excellent listening and consulting with employees through personal and sometimes difficult circumstances
  • Adaptability to change
  • Results-driven and solutions-oriented
  • Exceptional time management and communication skills
