About the role

  • Responsible for day-to-day operation of human resources for ACCORDS
  • Oversee hiring, termination, funding distribution changes, and leave reporting for ACCORDS
  • Create and coordinate ACCORDS job postings in CU Careers
  • Manage family and faculty leave of absences with University HR and faculty affairs
  • Process payroll updates and changes as requested
  • Research, interpret and stay current with University HR rules and regulations
  • Prepare termination paperwork and assist in the checkout process
  • Create and maintain ACCORDS faculty and staff personnel files
  • Provide excellent internal/external customer service and maintain strong working relationships

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, business administration or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
  • 4 years of extensive, diverse and progressively responsible human resources experience
  • SHRM or PHR Certification (preferred)
  • Experience working in an academic and/or healthcare environment (preferred)
  • Experience interpreting policies and procedures (preferred)
