About the role
- HR Analyst focusing on operational HR tasks such as onboarding and benefits management at Intelipost. Collaborating with teams to ensure quality process flow and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the focal point for the hiring/onboarding process, verifying documentation in the Convenia platform, contacting new hires, arranging benefits enrollment, submitting new hire information to accounting, and supporting onboarding;
- Manage the timekeeping system (Ahgora), ensuring monthly reconciliations and closures, providing support to managers and employees, controlling overtime, and forwarding information to the Payroll team;
- Support the Benefits team with information related to leaves of absence, licenses, and employee record adjustments;
- Ensure employee data is up to date and accurate in the Convenia platform and internal spreadsheets;
- Assist with general HR administrative routines and controls, contributing to continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Previous experience with HR administrative routines (hiring/onboarding, timekeeping, or benefits).
- Familiarity with HR management systems (experience with Convenia and Ahgora is a plus).
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and grow within Human Resources.
