About the role

  • HR Analyst focusing on operational HR tasks such as onboarding and benefits management at Intelipost. Collaborating with teams to ensure quality process flow and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the focal point for the hiring/onboarding process, verifying documentation in the Convenia platform, contacting new hires, arranging benefits enrollment, submitting new hire information to accounting, and supporting onboarding;
  • Manage the timekeeping system (Ahgora), ensuring monthly reconciliations and closures, providing support to managers and employees, controlling overtime, and forwarding information to the Payroll team;
  • Support the Benefits team with information related to leaves of absence, licenses, and employee record adjustments;
  • Ensure employee data is up to date and accurate in the Convenia platform and internal spreadsheets;
  • Assist with general HR administrative routines and controls, contributing to continuous process improvements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with HR administrative routines (hiring/onboarding, timekeeping, or benefits).
  • Familiarity with HR management systems (experience with Convenia and Ahgora is a plus).
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and grow within Human Resources.
