About the role

  • Intern developing AI-powered employee support through training and coaching an AI colleague named Blue. Exciting hands-on role in innovative HR tech initiative focused on employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Train and coach Blue: improve her responses, expand her knowledge base, and make conversations enjoyable
  • Analyze employee interactions and spot improvement opportunities that move the needle
  • Create training materials, FAQs, and knowledge bases that actually make sense
  • Boost Blue's capabilities from concept to launch - you own the entire journey and drive the vision

Requirements

  • Currently studying (or just finished) HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Data Analytics, or something that you think is a fit
  • Enrolled in a Dutch university - you need that student status for the internship contract magic
  • Genuinely excited about HR tech, AI, and making things work better - plus you actually love working with people (obviously!)
  • Can write and speak English like a pro - clarity matters here
  • Detail-obsessed but big-picture minded: you see the forest AND the trees
  • Self-starter with ideas: you don't just execute, you contribute and question
  • Plays well with others but can also crush solo work
  • Shape your own learning journey - we'll tailor projects to your goals, expertise, and curiosity
