- AI Agile Transformation Consultant developing intelligent agents and automations to improve productivity at Verity. Focused on integrating AI into team workflows and strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Drive the evolution of the agile practitioner role through the application of Artificial Intelligence
- Develop intelligent agents and automations that increase team productivity and expand strategic impact
- Integrate AI into squads' daily work, reducing operational tasks and promoting data-driven decisions
- Design, build and evolve AI agents applied to agile practices
- Develop solutions using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI)
- Structure multi-agent flows (memory, tool calling, integrations)
- Apply RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to enrich models with internal data
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise tools (Jira, Power Platform, etc.)
- Translate agile practices into automations and intelligent agents
- Define and track impact metrics (DORA, lead time, throughput)
- Run experiments (MVPs) focused on real adoption
- Share knowledge and train the team in AI applied to agility
Requirements
- Applied Artificial Intelligence
- Hands-on experience building AI agents
- Knowledge of LLMs and APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI)
- Advanced prompt engineering (multi-step, context management)
- Agent orchestration (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar)
- Concepts of memory and context in agents
- Experience with RAG
- Experience with APIs and integrations
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools (Power Platform is a plus)
- Ability to integrate AI with corporate systems
- Practical experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, value stream)
- Knowledge of agile metrics (DORA, lead time, throughput)
- Ability to solve business problems with AI
- Product mindset (MVP, experimentation, prioritization)
- Experience with process automation using AI
- Experience in digital transformation
- Knowledge of data analysis (Power BI or similar)
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Miro
- Previous experience as an Agile Coach, Product Owner, or agile practitioner
