About the role
- AI & R&D IT Intern at Eisai, assisting with AI technology in pharmaceutical R&D operations. Collaborating with the RSQM IT team and cross-functional colleagues on AI use cases and implementations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the RSQM IT Lead and team members to identify and catalog AI use cases that can deliver value to IT and business stakeholders.
- Document high-level requirements, success criteria, and business value for identified AI use cases.
- Assess, test, and set up AI platforms and tools for prioritized use cases, including designing and refining prompts or lightweight models where applicable.
- Demonstrate and present AI tools to IT and business teams, helping stakeholders understand potential applications and benefits.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program at an accredited academic institution in a relevant field (Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Data Science, or related discipline)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must be a rising junior or senior
- Ability to work onsite at our Nutley, NJ office three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday)
- Local candidates preferred due to the onsite requirement
