About the role

  • Prepare regular reports, summaries, and analyses related to HR
  • Support the HR team with various administrative and organizational tasks
  • Responsible for monthly payroll processing
  • Maintain personnel master data accurately
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compensation and payroll inquiries
  • Liaise directly with health insurance providers and authorities; support audits by external bodies
  • Work closely with social security agencies and tax offices

Requirements

  • Completed degree or commercial/business qualification
  • At least three years of experience in HR, ideally with a focus on payroll
  • Solid knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Experience with HR and time-tracking systems
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Confident command of English, both written and spoken
