About the role

  • Workday HR Business Analyst supporting HR processes optimization at AIG. Leading projects for Workday configuration and enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute assigned projects to enhance identified Workday enabled HR processes and transactions
  • Leverage cross-functional knowledge and relationships to effectively support activities
  • Develop and manage a project plan including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and training
  • Lead documentation efforts to support the changes
  • Coordinate and lead testing activities to include the creation of testing scripts
  • Handle Change Management and internal communications across HR teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience preferred as a Business Analyst in Human Resources managing/leading project work streams in an analytical or change management role
  • Experience with Workday HCM, Security and Data Administration/Governance
  • HR operations / project management experience preferred
  • Experience with gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to successfully interact with various levels within the organization
  • Exceptional customer focus and service orientation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
