About the role

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for digital health applications or platforms.
  • Translate user needs and business objectives into product features and functionality.
  • Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, data scientists, and clinicians to guide product delivery.
  • Gather and prioritise product requirements based on market research, user feedback, and compliance needs.
  • Drive Agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
  • Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs to iterate and improve continuously.
  • Ensure product compliance with healthcare regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and MHRA guidelines.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across business, regulatory, and technical teams.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in product management for digital health platforms, telemedicine apps, EHR systems, or healthcare SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, patient journeys, and clinical environments.
  • Familiarity with health data standards: FHIR, HL7, ICD-10, SNOMED.
  • Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with software development teams in a regulated environment.
