About the role

  • Global Marketing Product Manager responsible for managing growth of Value Segment portfolio at medical technology company. Collaborating on marketing strategies and product financial performance in healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and driving growth of Value Segment portfolio
  • Supporting the implementation of the Recode strategy
  • Supporting or conducting market analysis, competitive analysis and customer research
  • Working with Regional Marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and tactical execution
  • Ensuring market access for a group of PIVC products
  • Addressing urgent quality and supply issues
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams (R&D, Quality, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain and Operations)
  • Managing Product financial performance and demand/forecast process
  • Collaborating with team members to develop integrated marketing plans and campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field required
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years' marketing experience including understanding of key principles of marketing such and market segmentation, competitive analysis, pricing strategy and customer needs identification
  • Medical device or healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse and virtual teams
