Responsibilities
- Lead the Supply Chain Management department both technically and disciplinarily
- Responsible for implementing and managing cross-site projects
- Design efficient, customer-oriented order fulfillment processes
- Further develop the CTO-Flowline and identify and realize additional optimization potential
- Derive strategic objectives for Supply Chain Management and translate them into concrete measures and projects
- Optimize order processing regarding quality, delivery times, inventory, costs and OTD performance
- Further develop a holistic material planning strategy at the Stuttgart site
- Introduce and advance Lean methods in planning and order processing
- Expand metrics-driven daily management
- Work closely with production and business units to ensure optimal production planning
- Drive the digitalization and automation of SCM
- Responsible for budget, personnel and investment planning including target tracking
- Develop team leaders and staff within the area of responsibility
- Actively exchange with other sites worldwide and transfer and further develop best practices
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, business administration or a related field
- At least five years of leadership experience in supply chain management
- Solid experience with ERP systems and in managing complex supply chain processes
- Proven knowledge of Lean management
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office
- Experience with visualization tools, ideally Power BI
