Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting and preparing commercial proposals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key champions and ecosystem partners

Prioritize and guide GTM teams toward the most promising opportunities

Requirements
Extensive B2B sales experience in the German and broader European markets
Leadership experience, including managing or mentoring team members
Proactive hunter mentality: sourcing and developing new opportunities and conducting market research
Flexible and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt approaches as needed
Confident communicator with stakeholders up to C-level in German and English (C1+)
Strong sense of ownership and a bias for action
