About the role

  • Own the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting and preparing commercial proposals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key champions and ecosystem partners
  • Lead the GTM team to improve expertise and optimize resource allocation
  • Define and implement sales processes to enable efficient, best-in-class management
  • Prioritize and guide GTM teams toward the most promising opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product, Partnerships, and Operations to refine and enhance our offerings

Requirements

  • Extensive B2B sales experience in the German and broader European markets
  • Leadership experience, including managing or mentoring team members
  • Proactive hunter mentality: sourcing and developing new opportunities and conducting market research
  • Flexible and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt approaches as needed
  • Confident communicator with stakeholders up to C-level in German and English (C1+)
  • Strong sense of ownership and a bias for action
