About the role

  • Outbound Sales & Cold Calling intern at Carovo AI transforming automotive marketing. Responsible for cold calling RV dealers and managing sales follow-ups with autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Systematic outbound cold calling of RV (motorhome) dealers across Germany
  • Consistent follow-up on leads until a successful close
  • Brief product demonstrations of our software via video call
  • Build and maintain your own sales pipeline in the CRM

Requirements

  • Fluent German, both written and spoken (C1/C2 — native-level required)
  • Comfortable on the phone: you enjoy calling and are articulate
  • High self-motivation, resilience and persistence (you’re not discouraged by a “no”)
  • Results-oriented mindset: you want to earn money and are not looking for an easy, low-effort role
  • Structured working style and reliability in follow-ups
