About the role

  • Lead Self-Service and Developer Experience tribe, reporting to the Senior Director of Experience and managing a team of product managers and analysts
  • Build and maintain the growth experimentation roadmap and strategy
  • Define and track key growth metrics and KPIs; conduct cohort analysis and user behaviour studies
  • Create data-driven hypotheses for growth experiments; design, implement, and analyse A/B tests
  • Analyse experiment results and share insights with stakeholders; present findings to senior leadership
  • Build and maintain growth models and forecasts and partner with engineering to implement and track growth features
  • Work with marketing to optimise acquisition channels and campaigns and collaborate with UX researchers to understand user behaviour and pain points
  • Mentor junior team members on growth methodologies and lead and mentor product managers and analysts
  • Work closely with engineering teams to balance technical debt and feature development; partner with customer success and support teams to gather user feedback

Requirements

  • 10+ years product management experience with 3+ years specifically focused on self-service growth and optimisation products
  • Deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, and developer tooling
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
  • Experience with growth modeling, customer segmentation and forecasting
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms, payment processing, and billing systems
  • Deep experience and understanding of design and implementation of A/B tests to optimise user acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Experience collaborating cross functionally with marketing, engineering, and design teams to execute growth initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to balance short-term execution with long-term strategic thinking
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with experience gathering and acting on user feedback
  • Familiarity with CPaaS, telecommunications, or communications technology (desired)
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree (desired)
  • Experience in high-growth B2B companies (desired)
  • Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in growth (desired)
  • Software development, programming or technical background (desired)
