About the role
- evaluate, develop, and lead proposals through board approval into execution

Requirements
- Deep technical knowledge of mutual funds and ETFs and familiarity with Fidelity’s fund offerings
- Knowledge of unregistered investment product structures and/or alternative investments
- Fiduciary orientation, with ability to balance different perspectives while placing fund shareholder interests first
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of the organization
