About the role
- Head of Product shaping AI features for Leonardo.Ai. Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Embed our customer-led growth strategy by incorporating deep customer insights and engagement into product planning and prioritisation across your team.
- Collaborate with our C-Suite on our product strategy, including roadmap planning, feature prioritisation, innovation opportunities and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead, mentor and grow a talented team across Product and Technical Project Management who work in a Tribe structure, fostering a culture of teamwork, creativity, productivity and excellence.
- Continuously analyse user feedback, market trends and competitive intelligence to inform product development decisions.
- Build highly collaborative relationships with other leaders, primarily with the Engineering, Design and Marketing teams, aligning stakeholders around clear priorities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading a product function, driving product vision, strategy, value proposition and roadmap in a consumer technology brand with a large audience.
- A skilled people leader who balances team performance and outcomes with a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
- A track record of delivering intuitive technology products in the innovation space with an emphasis on B2C and B2B.
- Strategic thinking grounded in user insight, competitive awareness and commercial context.
- Embrace collaborative relationships with strategic partners and key customers to discover customer insights.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills - you bring people on the journey with you.
- Experience with AI-driven platforms is a strong plus.
