About the role
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines 6-köpfigen Teams im Bereich Automation Solutions
- Gestaltung der strategischen Vision und Ausrichtung der Automatisierungslandschaft
- Steuerung der Planung, Priorisierung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungslösungen unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Anforderungen und Standards
- Identifikation geeigneter Prozesse für Robotic Process Automation und Evaluation neuer Technologien und Tools
- Analyse komplexer Geschäftsprozesse zur Aufdeckung von Automatisierungspotenzialen
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen (Service- und Produktteams), externen Partnern und dem Management
Requirements
- Erfahrung in der ganzheitlichen Leitung von Teams, idealerweise in einem technologie- oder prozessorientierten Umfeld
- Kenntnisse in Robotic Process Automation oder anderen intelligenten Automatisierungstechnologien
- Erfahrung mit digitalen Workflows oder regulatorischen IT-Lösungen
- Technologische Affinität im Umgang mit IT-Infrastrukturen, Schnittstellenmanagement, Systemkonfigurationen und/oder Software-Lösungen (On Premise / cloudbasiert)
- Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zielgruppengerecht zu kommunizieren
- Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Umsetzungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1/C2-Niveau
