Support customer meetings, including non-agile meetings, and provide input to Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates.
Conduct and support demos to showcase progress and align with customer expectations.
Address corporate requests and ensure compliance with organizational standards and requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience, with 12-15 years of professional experience; or 10-13 years with a master’s degree.
Proven experience in strategic planning and roadmap alignment within agile frameworks.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
Demonstrated servant leadership skills with a focus on team empowerment and growth.
Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with customers and stakeholders.
Familiarity with predictive analytics, problem detection, anomaly detection, and machine learning concepts.
Proven leadership experience managing technical teams, ideally in data engineering, AI, or ML teams.
Hands-on knowledge of AI and ML technologies, including UI Path, Large Language Models, Agentic AI, Elastic, and Databricks.
Experience deploying and managing workloads in OpenShift or Kubernetes-based environments.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration best practices.
Working knowledge of DISA STIGs, RMF, and other DoD compliance frameworks.
Ability to obtain interim Secret DoD Security clearance prior to start date.
Active Security+ Certification (or other applicable 8570 required certification), or ability to obtain one in a short timeframe.
