About the role
- Teamlead for Automation Technology at WITTE Automotive, driving AI and RPA initiatives for digital transformation. Leading projects while ensuring compliance and quality in automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a clear automation strategy aligned with the company’s digitalization objectives
- Manage projects in AI, RPA and process automation (including resource, cost and quality management)
- Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify automation opportunities
- Support the design and implementation of AI and RPA solutions using common platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and present project results
- Ensure quality, compliance and data protection across all projects
- Monitor technology trends in AI, automation and digitalization and derive recommendations for action
- Support change management processes to ensure successful integration of automation solutions
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience (at least 10 years) in team and project leadership in automation, AI, IT or digitalization
- Strong knowledge of AI frameworks, RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and machine learning methods
- Experience in traditional and agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as an innovative mindset
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
