Requirements
Extensive previous experience in providing high-quality Landlord compliance services.
Deep understanding of the affordable housing sector.
Knowledgeable about the Housing Health & Safety Rating System and key regulations related to Landlord compliance and safety.
Skilled in strategy development and crafting detailed board reports to support decision-making with clear data and analysis.
Experienced leader, promoting a culture of growth and high performance within your department.
Educated to degree standard or equivalent and holding an asset management or landlord compliance qualification or significant relevant experience.
Full valid UK driving licence.
